Moulton,
NN3 7RR

We have searched high and low for a superb venue to deliver great affordable racing midweek and hopefully future weekend meetings.

Details as follows:

Track will be down by 18.00hrs (Earlier if more hands available)
Practice will start once track is laid and you are booked in!
Heat 1 on the line 19.00hrs
Maximum of 6 heats
2/4wd and Sc10's if numbers are suitable
Race control will be running on auto, 2 minute delay between heats and finals.
3 Rounds and final for all.
Great food available in onsite coffee shop!!
Finish 22.00hrs

Note: We are on a strict timetable and want all drivers to enjoy a nights racing. For this to work we need everyone to be ready to race/marshall by the time the first car leaves the line. It is your responsability to be ready.

Come and enjoy a great nights racing, large track with all the normal jumps and bumps.

First week £5 entry!!! (Regular entry fee £8)

There will be limited power available so 12v batteries will be required, make sure these are in plastic container.
Pit tables and chairs will also be required!!!

If those looking to attend can put details below. We can then gain interest and make sure we don't have to disappoint anyone turning up on the night.

Venue:
Indoor Sports Arena - Pitsford Centre
Moulton College,
West Street,
Moulton,
NN3 7RR

Directions:
Postcode only takes you to the Dorm area, you need to follow the road round to the right. Continue down the hill over some speed bumps, you will then go through a S bend and climb up a hill. The next entrance on your right will be for the Moulton College Sports Centre, continue past this following road round to your left, you should see a lit up complex to your right. Take the next right into the Holcot centre, Pitsford Rd. At the top of the road turn left and follow signs for car park. There will be a number of large buildings in front of car park, the Sports Arena is to the left (about 3rd building down)

Could someone mark the building that's going to be used on that map?

This isn't the venue, its just down the road about a 100 yards or so.
If you go left on this map down the Pitsford Road you'll see it. There are 2 large buildings in front of a carpark, 1 square and next to it is a rectangle one. This is the one!!!

I hope that this makes sense and I will get someone who knows what they're doing to re-post and mark the building later on tonight.

That would probably be best..

I think Benji was helping us advertise and people perhaps haven't seen the other posts/conversation in our section.

Sorry if I have confused anyone.

To be explicit - read the Silverstone club section for more details and questions.

Im just trying to make sure most people do know that Tuesday meetings are back on

Matt, John and others have already gone to a lot of effort to make this new venue happen so all the credit must go to them - im just spreading the word of what should be a great new place to race!

Smartalec 19-10-2011 08:24 AM

Is this the venue for the forthcoming Petit race? :)

F1END 19-10-2011 04:58 PM

Matt has asked me to post this... ignore my last map.

It's the Pitsford Centre, NOT the Holcot Centre...
