Sealing piston holes

What's the prefered method for closing piston holes, standard tyre glue etc?

I have also read people melt the holes over with a soldering iron, just watch the fumes!

Which will make the surface uneven which surely effects the piston

I'll go for the Araldite option and see how it goes.

As I said I read it on here, think it was one of the Durango lads mentioned it, I have never tried it, go with the glue method then.............

Cheers for mentioning it, I wasn't having a dig back. Purely an additional thought

No probs dude, you prob have a point though, best to keep the piston as smooth as possible.

I know AE sell blank pistons you can drill yourself, or another option would be to speak to Nick on here who make the tapered pistons and see if he can supply blank pistons........
