mi1 weight
 

if you built an mi1 and a top of the line carbon everything mi4 (or tc6/xray t3 etc) with identical lipo/esc/motor/servo, how much extra would the mi1 weigh? if anything?

The mi1 use plastics and grp. The top ones use aluminium and carbon.

They will probably be similar in weight as the top end cars might have some heavier materials (aluminium) but the strength means the bulkheads will be a different shape etc to save weight.

Also most cars are below 1350g nowadays so you will have to add weights if it's an official BRCA race.
