Also to speed this along could clubs please contact Matt Coltart to pay there WRCA fees for the summer series.

Anyway. Onwards and upwards. If we start to try to get things right & organised now, we have no excuses for 2012 !

I would guess you would need the AGM first, then you can decide whether to run mixed meetings or combined meetings first....

Also there is trophys needed for the last winter series.

I am in the process of getting a venue that will suit our needs we will hold out Agm after the main Brca agm so it should be mid tp end of november i will publish the date in due course

So whos going to the AGM this Thursday, and also will the trophies from the 2010/2011 winter series and 2011 summer season be presented on the night?

Just to let everyone know that the AGM took place as scheduled and the minutes are now available on the WRCA site.
Trophies are in the process of being organised, part of the delay has been down to the late/non payment to the WRCA by the organising clubs.
