30 w oil,losi red piston s,1/1 shockmounts,blue springs
V2 shocks
Been having this problem outdoors, now winter is here the problem is worse running indoors

What weight have you got in the front ?

MILKY 08-10-2011 08:49 AM

Have you tried a rear roll bar? If not the how to' is on page three. It works a treat to be fair, also take a peek at the Ellis setup on petit as this is about as dialed as it's possible to get and works great.

Also forgot to mention the slipper adjustment as this is critical on the x6. As per the x factory website I run it looser than say a b4 and it keeps the rear end in check, also have you got the espeed rear hangers?

Probably forgotten some bits.

Hi,yes i am running a rear roll bar thick b4 ,on the weight front 60 grams behind the servo 60 grams under the Speedo no weight under lipos and a lot of slip in the clutch, would thicker oil help the problem??yes to espeed hangers high
Cheers for your help chris

Which wheels lifting at what part of the turn?

focusmad 08-10-2011 11:53 AM

The inside rear wheel is lifting mid to exiting the corner then it over heats the diff and spins out and that is working it slow out of the corners

Indoors on carpet 2/2 will be better for the rear shock positions but even on 1/1 I don't understand how the inside rear wheel is lifting on corner exit?

How have you got the ride height front and rear?

focusmad 08-10-2011 07:55 PM

Ride Height is 23 mm front and rear, the car has been doing this forsome time now outside on astro truf it is the same,do u think thicker oil will help with body roll??can u send me a setup sheet of yours Ellis as the one pertit have no shock positions
Cheers chris

If you have the long rear axles then take out the limiters in the rear shocks - more droop (if you have any in of course).

Now then new or old tyres ???? Sounds like very aggressive
Driving with lots of oversteer !!
I don't run a rear antiroll bar,If if I was you I would
Give the car a full strip and rebuild and a new set of tyres
Making sure every thing is silky smooth .
