Lazer ZX5 alloy bits wanted
 

A mate has just bought one of the above. I used to have one, and advised him to replace the front hindge pin holder and shock tower mount with alloy items. I've seen them, but can I find any, anyone know where to get these bits, or have any to sell?

Dom should have the front brace at DC Racing or John at The Race Place or look on ebay - american/wordwide site-

Would not bother with the shock brace the plastic (new) one is OK

kyosho do them as official upgrades, so any Kyosho stockist should be able to get them for you. I know DC racing used to have them. They also used to be on ebay but were a much weaker alloy.
the front brace is around £14 and the shock tower mount around £23 i think. The brace is pretty essential but they have revised the mould for the shock tower support so the new one is much beefier than the originals and isn't so weak.

It may not be as weak but i have destroyed 3 of the plastic tower mounts. Get an ally one
