Shortening Servo leads

I seem to recall there was a good thread about shortening servo leads and it included a link to a nice kit for re-crimping etc - but I cannot seem to locate it now

Anyone able to help? Thanks

that is my way of doing things saves spending money just abit awkward when theres a few wires in a servo running over the wire to the rx.

I removed the bottom cover exposing the circuit board and unsoldered the old wires. then measured up the new length. slipped the rubber boot on and resoldered the shortened version back to the servo. you'd never know :)
