40 weight oil as a benchmark

is it safe to say as a general rule of thumb 40 weight oil is a good bench mark for the velvet shockers for indoor smooth , with jumps type of track?

Its just i cant remember for the life of me what flippin oil i am using.

If it's for grangemouth thn 40 front and 35 rear with the same pistons as you used outdoors would be a good start. Go up 5 weight front and rear if you get to much roll/grip.
