what amp discharge??? any help plz

hi, can anyone tell me what to discharge my batterys at? how many amps?

my batterys are 1100mah, 1400mah, and 2 3600mah.

Do them at 5 or 10 if you can wait for them, no point in discharging them higher than you have to.

Well it just wont get as hot when discharging. Mine does between 1-20 and i always leave mine at 10, but i rarely discharge anyway. :woot:
