Questions... Are the schumacher mission car parts a good fit for this one or so I need original Mi2 parts?

I have a Schumacher MI2 that I want rid of, it's not complete but it has the carbon Teemu chassis and shock towers to fit Tamiya shocks.

yeah I found it there and made it into one file.

With the spur at the back should there be play in it?
meaning from the spur that connects the motor to the rear belt?
