Edit foams into ballistic buggy spikes

Does anyone cut these down at all? recently bought a load after being somewhat unimpressed by schumacher inserts and they seem rather big for the ballistic tyres, or is it just a case of squeezing it and holding it while it glues? :confused:

Cut them to the width of the wheels.
