Back problem

Eating a meal yesterday when I heard a crack from my back followed by a sharp pain, trying to walk to the car bent over is excellent, trying to get in a Smart Roadster is like torture.

I sympathise with anyone who ever had back problems, no work today for me so please put some interesting threads on here today as I'm already bored beyond belief :(

Whats wrong with you, man up, neck some paracetamol, and start planning an awesome track layout for this Wednesday.

I'd suggest ibuprofen which is an anti-inflammatory and will help to loosen up the muscles.

Also, go see a good physio ASAP.

Back problems suck. I've had to cancel holidays because of mine (at least I've never had to miss a race meeting though )

Hang on a minute... you put your back out eating dinner? My first bit of advice to you in that case would be to cut down on the portion sizes!!!

Alec, your not fat mate, just a lot closer to being an oap than me. I heard zimmer is in the post. Not good but would see a doctor just in case its more than just a muscle. I know someone who had a section of their back removed and it all started with a snap.:(

I have had three torn discs in my lumber spine and one in my neck for the last 22 years and every now and again they go again . Last time 2 tore when I bet too far forwards. See your doctor asap. Most probably you have a muscle spasm which is protecting the spine. If you cant get to the doctor get some volterol gel its really good stuff.
