B4 Gearing

I'm running a modified motor for the first time on Sunday at the Durham Regional, and would appreciate some help on gearing.

I'm running a FTB4 on kit Spur and a Reedy Ti Modified 12 triple.

Start around 22-23 pinion, depending on temperature, gear down one or 2 teeth max!

I ran a 12x1 Orion V2, which I geared at 25/81 but they need gearing up tbh. I know the Reedy motors like to be geared more for acceleration.

Check the brushes after one run for discolouration. Reedy motors will burn quickly if not geared correctly.
