Double sided foam/servo tape

Does anyone know if double sided foam/servo tape conducts electricity?

The pbc board has become a bit loose inside my receiver case, so was looking to secure it with double sided foam providing it doesn't cause an problems.

I would say its safe to use but If you've got a volt meter you can do a continuity check with it to be sure.
