new race format

Hi really enjoyed 2nights racing,it made a change to race for position in each race, only thing i didnt like was the starts,ok if everyone had the same idea that its a 5 min race and you dont need to be first round the first corner to win the race,i think if its going to be a mass start, instead of going off like we did, just go in a stagger, that way, hopfully everyone can get some practice for big race events and learn how to race close at the start, unless im at the back :woot::thumbsup:

Top night chaps, first time tonight and we will definately come again.

Not totally sold on four heats, no finals , as I would have liked to have a poke at the quick lads, but still had a great time..

Bit confused , how can you have a mass start and a stagger

its the same as real racing.

the 1st round is based on the car number given to you on the night (so its a bit like a qualifier), then its based on your finish position (laps/time) for the following rounds, so that's how they are staggered..

So do you have 2 start lines e.g 1 to 5 on the front row and 6 to 10 on the second for the first rnd , then where you finish for the second rnd and so on ?
Or do you have a final type stagger ? Sounds cool

well, we ended up with 5 lines with 2 cars on a line slightly staggered :)

I love the new mass starts! awesome races, Shark we had 5 lines and had two cars per line, then for the next race you were sorted on the grid by FTD from then on.
