Not with a 5.5 though surely! 5.5 will be insane in 2wd, i would start around 21 and check temps. I used to run a 6.5 in my b4 on a 23 pinion and that was fine

5.5 indeed will be a bit nuts. Most roll with 7.5 / 6.5s

5.5 in a 2wd is a bit nuts must drivers dont go over 6.5 in a 2wd i run 7.5 in a losi 22 and thats plenty quick enough not saying dont use 5.5 it will b rapid

Thanks for the advise.

Ran into a minor problem in that whilst my speedo has a 2.5 turm motor limit it is overheating and cutting out after 2 minutes with the 5.5. Tried a 10.5 and speedo is fine so i have now ordered an 8.5 stator.

Hope to make it down sunday if the stator arrives in time.

Cheers
