minimum stopping distance

hmmm, I'm not sure if the break is working okay with my speedo
Keyence Infinity A-01B.

Stopping distance Yok BX from wot 17/84 10turn Reedy Krypton is at least
8 meters on the street.

Schottky diod on the motor and the standard that comes pre soldered.

Tx setup should be okay...

What do you think?

That does seem very long...

Things to check could be ( in the order I'd look):

1. Brake settings on the speed control? (Reglereinstellungen)
2. speed control set properly to the transmitter?
3. Transmitter brake travel limited?
4. Diffs on the car tight?
5. are you running a one-way (Freilauf) on the car and are the tires slipping at the back?
6. Tires on the rims?

More questions PM me and I'll give you the full rundown in German...

My car doesn't stop in much less with Nosram / LRP speedos and Novak brushless motors.

the Reedy Krypton was new, tested 3 packs...

I swapped speedos and breaking was there... (I could lock the rear tires on
wet street)

my problem was that while wiring the car I switched the minus batt connection with minus motor (soldered motor to esc).
I NEVER made such an error before  Result: looks like i put
motor and esc in parallel (running in the Reedy with 7.2 Volts full throttle -
oh my...)

Of course I didn't see my fault and "tested" a couple of times, thinking
the (brandnew in box) speedo had an error.
