pinion grub screws

Hi all . Can anybody tell me if the grub screws in motor pinions are a standard size and if so what the size / thread is ?

Depends on who made the pinion.

They can be M3 or if the came from the USA (Robinson etc.) they could be 4-40 or 5-40.

Best to get a screw that you know the thread of and try it in the pinion.

Cheers Mick , ive just ordered some m3 grubscrews , if they fit great if not im sure they will come in handy , :thumbsup:
