Full list for Chadderton Rd 1

I will update the entries as they are received so that you know that you are confirmed to attend the meeting. Entries will be dealt with on a first-come first-served basis and when the meeting is full a reserve list will be started.

Entry fees are non-returnable for cancellations unless I am able to fill your place with another driver.

Please note that entry fees are £10 per class but £12 on the day if places are available.

Under 13 entry fee is £10 for rounds 1 and 2 and then £10 for rounds 3 and 4 and a final £10 for rounds 5 and 6.

Note: The Club has 2 sets of transponders for any drivers that do not have personal transponders.

Majority of drivers have paid for Round 1 - if this is any different, I have indicated in brackets the rounds that have been paid for. Entries received and confirmed with payment:

are there still places for booking

DianneH 19-08-2011 02:38 PM

Yes - we have only just put the form out and entries are now coming in - as per the list of confirmed entries.

Advise early entry to avoid disappointment.

AndyG 19-08-2011 08:49 PM

will bring some brass along on Sunday if that's OK Dianne.

:D

Hi Dianne

How many entries are allowed in the 2wd?

Are there still spaces available?

Also i believe you can run 3 races as a non BRCA member... Due to the fact the BRCA membership runs from Jan 1st to 31st Dec the first 3 races would be covered before the new ( no point in paying £15 for a 3 Month membership :bored: )

Thanks in advance for your help Dianne

coleman758 19-09-2011 11:55 AM

Just posted mine out!

Wupding 19-09-2011 11:59 AM

Me and Jamie P are on with it now Matt

Whereabouts you live?

You could always jump in with us to save yourself a few quid in fuel..

Just means you getting in the A Team van :woot:

But yea il chuck in for some juice!

Yes you can do 3 meetings as a non-member but also renewal for BRCA membership can be done quite soon after the AGM at the end of October once we know what the charges will be. As soon as it is available I will announce it at one of the meetings.

120 maximum for the meetings - 12 heats of 10. One of the heats will be juniors and the other 11 will be 2wd and 4wd - depending on how the entries come in.

We had planned for a heat of trucks but with only 1 entry it looks as though this will not happen this year. Someone did mention to me at our club meeting on Sunday that there was talk of waiting to enter on the day but this is only if places are available and as I am receiving entries on a daily basis then this is unlikely.

Entries are on a first come first served basis by payment received for entry.

Hi dianne

Could you do me a favour and change the deposit I sent you for the first meeting to the 4th December meeting please.

I won't be attending the first two meetings due to commitments.

Thanks Gareth

DianneH 21-09-2011 10:22 AM

Deposits are non-refundable unless places can be filled by another driver - it looks as though we are going to be full so I may be able to do this as a reserve should be able to take your place.

450kid 22-09-2011 11:47 AM

Dianne would it be ok to drop me money and form in at your house saturday afternoon as I only live round the corner?

DianneH 22-09-2011 11:51 AM

That should be fine - unless I got a sudden influx of entries tomorrow for the remaining places - I have already received the post for today.

You can gift the entry fee on Paypal and email me your details if you would prefer.

hi , was looking at doing this with my son this year
but he is 9 years old but has got a 4wd not 2wd ?
would he be able to run with the othere kids??

DianneH 25-09-2011 03:36 AM

There are only a few places left now and I am being given more at the club meeting Sunday - you will need to deal with it quickly to get a place.

I do not know much about the cars, I only run the meetings, but is there something you can do with the 4wd car to make it 2wd so he is on the same playing field as the others? I seem to recall that some drivers have done this in the past.

Wupding 27-09-2011 03:26 PM

Hi Dianne

I noticed earlier you can 'gift' paypal for your entry fees

Please can you advise the paypal code?

Also do you have a e-mail address to send over the application forms

Thanks

Wez

minty 27-09-2011 07:00 PM

Hi, are there any 2wd places left?

Wupding 28-09-2011 07:32 AM

Get on it Minty!!!!

Should be a good scream.... Just try not to shred your gearbox again :p

The best way i have found is to fill out your form, scan your document and e-mail it over, and then 'gift' a payment to Dianne to pay for the first meeting via paypal.

If you send me over your details i can do it all for you if you wish... But let me know before Thursday as i am flying to Portugal on Friday

Wez
