I received it, but the postage was underpaid so I had to pay £1.06 to get it from the post office. You said you'd refund this, but I have not heard from you since.

Yeah that is harsh, royal mail are the only winners here. 6 P underpaid, and they charge you £1 to tell you about it, that takes the biscuit.
