Servo arm screw for Hitec MG servo

Anyone know what servo arm screw I need for a Hitec Metal Gear servo? Presume it's some sort of metric but can't find any detail on Hitec website. :eh?:

Hitec use 2.6mm screws instead of 3.0mm like every other brand.

Thanks - that's what I needed to know!

Must say I like Hitec, have ran them for years with no issues.

If you have any old brushed motors around, the screws that hold the brush tag to the brush hood will do the job, if it is long enough. I think those screws are M2.5, but I've used them successfully in the end of servos for years. Just don't overtighten them and it'll work fine.

If you've no brushed motors left, or friends with them, then search on line as they are not difficult to find. HTH :)

Thanks for that. I have a few old brushed motors so will give those screws a try.
