Hi Guys

Seem to be having abit of a problem with my tv i can only pick up bbc channels i've tryed the channel search and reset the tv but no joy

Any help appreciated

Check with the nieghbours first if they have same problem. It may be a transmitter downtime problem as part of the changeover to full digital tv if so you should be back on in a while.

my new digi boxes work fine, my old ones wont pick up any bbc channels

I think they are changing the digital signal format that some older boxes cannot decode.

view free or sky?
if sky need to do a forced download (depower box pullout mains lead from rear, then press & hold back up button on front panel now reinsert power lead to box button still pressed! wait about 10 sec 4 lights on front come on an message on screen can release button now, depending on box the update can take 3 too 10 mins) once complete the box goes into standby, takes a few mins for it to reconfigure update. power it up by tv guide an waiting for listings to all appear then should be good to go.
