anyone selling a 1/18 or 1/16 buggy?

hi all!
i have posted a wanted ad but i know many dont look in there and this is the place to come for mini/micro business so i thought id ask you guys and gals before i buy a new one ...if i cant find a second hand one with a few spares and maybe a system in it that would be great! if not i will buy a blaze and a system... i already have tx and rx but id prefer a car thats been set up well and i know from mine and style ones experience that ooplers are the best of the bunch :)
hope you can help!

If you're after a 1/18th scale buggy I can highly recommend the AE RC18B2/T2. If you're after something bigger I would go for the Carisma GT14B distributed by CML. The blaze/shark has been discontinued although you can still source parts.

thanks for the info so im best to stay away from the sharks and blazes?
i dont like the look of any of the others really ,i wouldnt buy a 1/14 there not small enough ,im not liking the rc18's or the casters,i will never buy losi again so thats it for me and micro then?? ...that was a short love affair ....oh well we live and learn eh?!
....if you have any other ideas id love to hear them i dont want anything i cant get parts for though ...everyone seemed to be using sharks and blazes whats everyone moving too?

The shark has to be the best micro for racing, I've just listed mine in the fir sale section

FYI the GT14b is only 15mm wider than a shark and is the same length.

The Gt14b has just scored 1st 2nd and 3rd at the Uk Micro X event in the 1/16 th scale class. Do I really need to say anymore?

Haggis needs a new sig....ditch the lrp logo :p:p:lol:

LRP will support the shark spares for another 3 years

If you are interested in racing your M18T with some like-minded types, then your closest Nationals are probably Broughton/Mold (round 1), Dudley (round 3) and Hereford (round 4).

Depending on which venue we go to for round 2 you might even have the required 4 rounds from 6 within an hour-ish of your door :)

c0sie 12-08-2011 11:50 PM

No idea what the 18th scale lads are running sorry, but as for you getting addicted... as long as you have a sence of humour and a smile your be made very welcome at the nationals :)
