Is anyone who is getting their early have any big biff bearings (the ones that go in the diff casing round the outdrives). I will replace them once Paul arrives with new ones?

Bill do you want me to pop in to pauls shop and get the bearings off him so you can get them early? No problem to do it mate.

Chris, your a superstar, if you've got the spare time and its no inconvenience to you that would be great.
