Cheap servos and receiver

I'm after some cheap (and I mean cheap) servos to go into a Mardave V12 oval racer. Also I need a 40 MHz FM receiver that's KO handset compatable.

STR33TRAC3R 21-01-2008 06:28 PM

I have HS-645MG and HSC-5997TG servos for sale.

Quite expensive but you'll never need new ones.

£45 posted.

Hog 22-01-2008 01:29 AM

Thanks for the offer but a bit overkill for a Mardave banger.

Was just looking for summat cheap and cheerful - 3 servos needed in total.

Mike Hudson 22-01-2008 01:35 AM

Are you looking for a good spec in the servos or just anything as i have some servos that could go cheap for you as in £7- £10 each

Hog 22-01-2008 08:49 AM

Put it this way - I don't need anything spectacular. What do you have Mike?

Hog 22-01-2008 10:24 AM

Do you know what model the Futaba servo is? Will probably have that off you.

Mike Hudson 22-01-2008 10:27 AM

I'll see when i get home for you this evening

Hog 22-01-2008 11:03 AM

Okay thanks.

Mike Hudson 23-01-2008 09:55 PM

The futaba servo i think is a 3003 not too sure the label worn off abit think they are around .20 or something like that also strong

Hog 24-01-2008 05:23 PM

Hi Dave. Sounds good. Forgive my ignorance but would the Spektrum servo work okay with non-Spektrum radio gear?

Do you have a pic? Just wondered what model the KO is that's all. Paypal is not a problem.

can't see a problem with spekturm servo's with non-spektrum radio gear,as for ko servo don't have a pic,but spec is speed 0.16/60 degree,torque 7.5kg - cm. plastic geared,hope this helps:D

PM for you Dave

Scouser 25-01-2008 12:33 AM

I have two Futaba S3003s and a Futaba S3010 which you could have for £15 posted. None of them have ever been used, just sitting in the spares drawer.

Hog 25-01-2008 01:38 AM

Thank you Scouser but I'm sorted for servo's now I think. I'll get back to you if that's not the case.

Right - now for a receiver lol
