Best vintage paint scheme?

Here are some cool paint jobs I'm considering copying for my Procat.

I think 2 and 3 are Jason's (Bormac) and 4 is Phil Davies' car.

Love 'em all but especially the Kamtec shell in 3 (nice tiger stripes Jason!)

Please choose your favourite and share your opinions.

If I was choosing one of the ones you have posted, probably the top left, but what's wrong with box art? Can't get better than that if you are running the standard shell..

I don't suppose that means your old (Parma) shell is not being run anymore... :woot:

Number 1 for me with number 3 a very close second

No 3 is the best design I've seen for the Kamtec shell.

If I got another shell I'd probably auction off the Parma shell ;)

Yes, the boxart design suits the shell but the black is too dark for me...

I like the original of the last picture but that is not black spoiler

Airbrush or rattle can?

Jason's retro shells look awesome - there's detail in the pin striping that you can't see from that picture too! I'd have to vote for one of those.

My original Procat was a similar colour theme to the box art but without the black - unfortunately this made it look like a fruit salad! :woot:

My favourite so far is definitely the tiger (or is it a zebra?) although I do like No.1 for impact... the stripes are like an arrow. Good from a distance.

Should ask the man himself - can I copy the tiger/zebra design, Jason?

Thanks for the great comments guys! These paint schemes are to my taste and if anyone else likes them and wants to recreate them I'd say you are most welcome!
Cheers-Jason

I am a huge fan of the Cougar2. Such a step up from the original Cougar. These things look they are at full speed standing still

Here's one of mine.
