heellllllp!!!!!!!!
right i have been having a problem with my connectors from my speed controler and my batterys they get really hot and a couple of times they have melted together ! :/ please help me i have spent to much on the car to let it destroy its self
|
What conectors are you using?
I use 4mm gold conectors but Deans conector are alse popular |
As above...
sounds like you are pulling too much power through the connectors and the insulator block (plug) is melting. If you are new to the hobby then swap to Deans type connectors as they are easier to use without frying electrics from connecting wrong way round. hope this helps  |
Corally Tubes are good, but they can be connected up the wrong way, in a rush!
Deans are good as well, but you need to be careful with an iron, as you can stop them working if you don't make a clean job of it. I use corally tubes (4mm) on my cars, without problems. Hope this helps Marl |
thank you guys im not new to the hobby it just ive never had this problem till rescent week i smelt burning/i use tamiya type connecters wich arnt as good as deams connecters :/ thank you all for your comments
