Atomic Carbon/Nor-tech carbon fibre b44.1 rear hub camber plates
2 Attachment(s)
The title says it all really! On my doorstep in just 4 days from ordering! A couple of pics of them on my car are attached.
The paint job was done by myself, if you like my work let me know. I'm still a bit of a newbie to airbrushing rc shells but I'm looking to get some practice in, so if you'd like me to have a go at painting your next shell PM me. I am by no means a professional painter yet, though I am rather a perfectionist and will try my very best! Also any tips and ideas would be great as i'm trying to develop my painting skills. Thanks, Rob. |
What are these fir how do they affect the handling of the car
They look pretty cool bolted to them hubs But just wanted to no why the extra adjustment is needed Cheers |
And is this a b44 mod only or will it fit other cars
Not seen this before |
I think it is to complement to B4.1/B44.1 FT alloy hubs, which have a moulded plastic part for the ball studs which them bolts onto the alloy hub. I believe this part replaces the plastic part...

Is this so much better?
Or just for the looks?.. |
It doesn't make any difference to the handling as you get a set A (1 dot) and set B (2 dot) just like with the original plastic ones. I got them mainly because they look good but also you can attach the ball stud with a 4-40 nylock nut on the other side so there is no risk of the ballstud stripping the thread out of the plastic or just working loose.
