Have a look at petit and get a setup and just build the car incorperating the new setup and your away. use ceramic balls as the 'K' ones are soft other than that it's bullet proof.

personally I'd use carbide balls.

and I would just use the standard setup and go from there. Nothing worse than trying a pro's setup when your not a pro. End up chasing your tail.

thanks for the advise, ill get some nice balls:thumbsup:im fitting the vega conversion so im realy after tips for building the shox, steering, gear box and the things that when you have built it people say "oh did you do or you need to do"

it's entirely up to you, but i would try running the SP2 standard set-up first before converting to a Vega.

that way, when you finally DO convert it to vega, at least you will have a baseline to compare if the Vega set-up feels "right" or "wrong".

Do the servo saver up fully but no need to glue ... Kyosho have designed theirs properly ;)

I use the Plastic Ring from the Outdrives!! Cut the inner Pins,Than you can do this unter the Servosaver Spring! So the servoSaver ist very closed, and the Bearing fit in better as you drill it down.
