2wd Summer Set Ups

Hi Guys,

So pass outs complete for the three of us, might even get to do two meetings

So obviously travelling down with holiday gear etc etc so space at a premium....

Any idea's of tyres to pack for 2wd and also if anyone has a B4.1 setup that would be grand :D

Not looking to become urber competive but would prefer to be able to have some forward motion!!

Cut staggers for the front,Ballistic B Green for the rear....usual Blue on the front and silver on the back, track is 95% grass with short paved area, lately its having a good hammering so were changing the layout a lot to try and even up the wear but obviously you still end up with worn parts and some fresh grass, mix that lot up with the dew forming late in the evening and you have a real challenge sometimes!!Excellent fun as always, see you soon PC.

Cheers buddy, yup well used to the rigors of grass tracks!.

Really looking forward to it.

If all goes well, perhaps we could have a summer race at both our venues!

ROAD TRIP!

We've got ten lip's between us. Harry will use one all night as he bimbles around and Adam will use one every two races. I need one per heat

Was going to charge at our lodge before we came... How many heats/races per night?

I've got a trick for beating good 22's.... it's called undoing the wheel nuts :p

Weather looking seriously nice!. What time does it all kick off?

Chippy96 10-07-2011 09:21 PM

You need to be there at 6 30ish(Cornish time-Drekly),or earlier if you want,I`ll almost certainly be there a bit before that for some mowing ect (yap/drink tea)-:D

Dudders 10-07-2011 09:22 PM

We'll aim for 6.00pm then, need to allow 30 mins to find it !!!

millser 10-07-2011 09:30 PM

If you have satnav the postcode is TR14 0PN

Dudders 10-07-2011 09:35 PM

Where is the entrance?, far end away from the track, other side of the green and drive over?

millser 10-07-2011 09:47 PM

As you enter Barripper (from Camborne) you will pass the St.Michaels Mount Inn on your left,

carry on 200 yds until you reach the chapel, turn left here, after 1/4 mile you reach the

cricket ground, turn right and head up the lane (to the right of the cricket field entrance)

go 200 yds up the lane and enter the field through gate on the left.

Chippy96 10-07-2011 11:35 PM

Watch out goin through Camborne mind, theyre related to the Wadebridge Tribe...............
