New E-Speed Motor Plate

Ellis has designed extra slots into the old plate for better cooling. It's the same color as Ellis' Motor Plate Support Bracket and E's Heatsink/Fan Mount, so there's a lot of bling there and the motor will run much cooler. D.M.S. will have them very soon so they'll be in hobby stores everywhere.
