just got it up an running with lipo and tekin 9t brushless and my god what a car!!!!

who else has them?

a couple of guys at torbay micro racing club have purchased them and are pleased with the cars,

Where abouts you running it mate?

on road is gt14 off road is gt14b

this is the on road one.

well not knowing anywhere to run it yet just fancied one so if anyone knows anywhere in the north west to race it id appreciate it.

Ellesmere Port has a good number of these racing in their own class. Looks like they have really taken off so you should definitely come along if you fancy a race!:thumbsup:

are there any limits on the setup you can have in the gt14's? motors esc's etc?

Will do but only got it running for fun and don't wanna have to change it all as it aint exactly commonly used electrics only esc and receiver I could use in other cars

Just thought I'd share my car and setup

Carisma gt14 pro
Front 45wt oil red springs
Rear 35wt oil yellow springs
Mini high speed servo (needed squeezing in but fast and cheap)
Tekin rage mini brushless motor 5.5kv (9t)
Overlander 2200mah 2s lipo
Tekin R1 esc
No servo saver
14t pinion
Currently on rubber tires (but will race on purple foams)
Mazda 6 shell

And two full spare cars

got another full 2 cars on way with other brushless motors in the deal and lots of spares which will help with racing setup

shouldn't need any parts ever again now i have that many!

right i will pop down to the Ellesmere port club either 29th July or 5th August or both as my local club is closed but took it round track on Friday and wow.....feels so natural for me

What's the deal with marshalling as i currently cant do it as i lost my left foot and not a fast mover yet on prosthetic so wouldnt be able to get out of a cars way. im sure this will be okay but ill be in shorts so you will notice me easily straight away and show me the ropes on how the club operates?!

We will show you how the club runs when we see you. About half of us use pt's the rest use hand out transponders. Make yourself known to Lynn that runs the computer and mix in with everyone. Most of the Carisma gang tend to pit on the left of the stage/rostrum as you look at it.

if id have known earlier id have been interested for spares but literally just won another two cars on eBay yesterday :thumbdown:
