computer guru`s help
Right a "friend" of mine may have downloaded a couple of films, but he can only get the sound to work on them in media player but no picture comes up on the screen.
If anyone could help im sure he would be a happy chappy:D |
.....and at a guess your 'friend' is bored in Norway yeah?:rolleyes::D
Download VLC player, plays anything. G |
sounds like codec problems mate.
|
Look at the last letters after the name, like .divx .wmv .mp4
like everything else the player has to match, he may have to transcode, look at http://mediacoder.sourceforge.net |
download divx player just type divx into google and it will automattically open when needed.

Yeah agree with previous comment about codec problems... not done anything with divx for a while since I am going clean!
Thanks Mark |
Cheap TV Divx players are around, when Aldi had one it was £21 plays any media file straight off disc from PC or a memory card, saves a lot of encoding, my favourite codec pack is klite total, anything will play anything then, even nero plays flv files:D

Is it pr0n?

No i am reliably informed it was american gangster and i am legend:D
He got AG to work but Legend is still odd:wtf: |
