Sx3 front diff coming undone

Tried the Diff in both ways round and it keeps coming undone. Any Ideas?

Ive not seen an SX3 diff but it looks the same design as the Cougar on the exploded diagram. Make sure the locking grub screw is really tight against the thrust assembley bolt or it may come undone. Use two allen drivers.
The other problem that happens with these diffs is when you compress the circlip too much when installing the thrust assembley. If its right, then it should be very difficult or almost impossible to turn the circlip once its installed. They can slip out of position loosening the diff off if you have compressed the circlip out of shape.
