pinion gear

i want to make by b4.1 go faster i have 21 pinion and 81 spur what should i change to achieve this ? pinion spur or both ? and by how many teeth?

larger pinion = higher top speed but less acceleration.
Smaller spur = lower top speed but faster acceleration.
