New B-Max 2 motor mount.

Has anyone bought the new B-Max 2 motor mount? Is it any good? Does it give more options to run more pinions on your spur gear of choice? Does it fit the original B-Max chassis? I know that there are probably not many available yet but someone somewhere may have one.

And in addition to that: I was wondering if the new motor mount also comes with a cover so that the drive train is still completely "sealed" ... or would the old plastic cover still fit? Thanks. Oli

Just put in a order for the new mount system, my old one that came with my b-max (bm-304) motor cam broke in two.

Tempted. Does anyone know what pinion this new mount will allow?

I've fitted one and it appears to allow me to run 26/87. Not tried higher than that yet.
Is it worth it? Well if like me you prefer 10.5t motors, massive gearing and a lot of timing advance instead of a 5.5t motor, yes.

If you are running 6.5t or 7.5t motors I doubt it is worth it as you can get a decent range from the standard mount with 87,84 and 81 spurs.
I also think the standard FT mount has better cooling too.
