Suspect Tamiya Egress on Ebay UK

I think there is a suspect Tamiya Egress currently listed on ebay UK.

It looks more like an Avante 2001. Reason being the front shocks are mounted directly onto the suspension arms not on the unique mounting plates and the absence of the front body mounting plate also the front upper suspension arms are black not blue and without the adjustable turnbuckles.

I cannot see the carbon graining in chassis from the photos.

Can anyone verify?

Its common on Ebay for someone to add Hi-Caps and a Egress shell and pass Avante 2001's off as Egress's. To find a good original one these days is hard, even more for one that also dosent need loads of replacement parts. Missing centre diffs, cracked gearbox tops, gold springs etc etc all add cost.

If you want a good, original Egress, buy off someone reputible from Tamiyaclub or another collectors site... and do your research beforehand !
