Stronger alternative to RW pinion?

Hello!

Gone through 2 x RW pinions in as many meetings with bits chipped off one and mangled in the spur, also one has gone completely mis shaped and looks like a wood cutter wheel saw

Any suggestions?

Good idea!

Do you know of any reputable outlets for such items?

Think that Knight character sold be Alloy ones, seem quite soft (as maybe to be expected!) I'll try the steelies.....
