Modelsport RV12 ESC

Does anyone know how to set up this ESC? I have found one in the shed but does not have any instructions. It has a SET UP botton and is advertised as a one touch digital set up. When connected to a spare B4 the throttle trim is miles out, so guess I need to set the throttle and reverse end points?

That esc is an Mtroniks viper, and the instructions can be d/l in pdf format from their url.
If you can't find them, i'll dig out my old instructions and host them on here.
