swapping bec

can I swap the long one on my SP blue to the one from a losi esc?

do they all do the same job?
are the all the same volt/amp whatever you say?

thanks

think you mean capacitor Buddie, bec is whats inside the esc that powers the receiver, and if your talking about the ones with the PCB board on i don't think so

your probably talking about the capacitor but if you do mean the BEC then you can run an external bec such as castle creations 10a or a turnigy 8a to give more power to your servo for example. As a rule you dont need a larger external bec in 10th scale buggies

LOL its the capicator im refering to had BEC stuck in my head after talking about it with another guy

I have the GT2.0 SP esc with the long cap which I think is made up of 4 smaller ones

if there just cap's with no PCB board then thats fine,if theres any sign's of a circuit board then don't bother,
