Has anyone snapped a rotor before? dont ask how i did it cos the car wasnt even touching the floor and it was all free moving and things, but it had a clean break. What are my options?

Did you free rev it (wheels not on ground) up to top revs?

NE5908 Velocity Nickel-Plated Sintered Rotor, £24.99 is what you need.

i only plugged it in. didnt realise the car was still on and it glitched and the pinnion flew off wit the end of the rotor still attached.

can i send it bac to someone as i think the sensor wire is abit dodgy and needs replacing 2

Dodgy sensor wire and broken rotor are separate issues, one warranty, one not.
I would suggest a call to CML to discuss it.

If it's within warrenty period I'd suggest you go bac to where you bought it, but if not (or it's a bonded rotor) then I'd get the sintered rotor Dom mentions.
