Any chance anyone has a good bumpy grass setup?
When I say bumpy I mean lots of little bumps.would you call that rutted?:)
Many thanks

Slightly more weight does the trick or and slightly lower oil and spring.

Wings if you can find them and get them to work - LOL

Try using Kev's set up for wet astro and don't use a roll bar, that should be close. And reduce anti-squat, i use a 2 bobble shim.

My big bored Vega RB5 set-up for Grass.

Front.
Yellow 4.2lb spring
35wt AE oil
Tower= middle, Arm= outside
top link- Inside=Middle+2mm, Hub=Outside
30 deg kickup + thin shim
hubs spaced down and forwards- low hieght ball stud used on rack to maintain ackerman(no washers)

Rear.
Pink 2.3lb spring
30wt AE oil
Tower= Outside, Arm= Inside + LA43 on the shock bottoms for more droop
top link- Inside= 2nd hole in top row, hub= +1deg alloy, 3rd hole out+2mm
Anti-squat = 2 pip under RR block = 1.5deg
Wide pivots
Older 2mm wider axles NOT SP Narrow ones
1.2 roll bar

KO 2413, LRP SXX, kr302f, Orion 4500 Saddles, SP V3 7.5@25/78
155g 3mm stainless steel plate fitted under saddles

Yellow rear minispikes and yellow front cut staggers, Mr O foams, 21mm rideheight/level

to me it feels like it has loads of (well balanced)steering and very controllable on throttle slide not snappy, a pleasure to drive even when the grass has almost gone and the pot holes have appeared.
