Cr2 setup for RHR

Hi,

Can anyone advise me of the best setup for a cr2 at robin hood raceway? Specifically shock internals, oil and springs. Also overall car weight. I have only raced indoors recently so need a good outdoor setup, especially as indoor tracks have minimal bumps - so my current setup is useless outdoors.

Didn't know petit rc linked directly to my setup sheets. I recently changed names of all the files, so the link on petit rc is dead.
