6.5motor on 78 spur

Ok im new to 6.5 buggy,my b4 has a 78spur on,is this ok for a 6.5 team-powers plutonium motor?
Also what pinion do i use.
I hope to do a out door race soon.

Should be fine, 20 to 22 pinion should be about right.
