MUCHMORE MOTOR COOLER

I have a muchmore thermo elec motor cooler, it just doesnt seem to cool the motor like it used to, there appears to be some kind of grease/ sealer between the heatsink and fan but not much, does this need renewing ?? does anyone know what it is ?? cheers

its thermal grease go on ebay people sell it on there
