Just kitted out my 511 and 201 with the Hiro screws from DMS and have nothing but good things to say about them. Excellent quality and perfect colour match.

Cheers Darren for hooking me up

Sadly no not yet, we are trying to get Hiro Seiko to do them but the global R/C car market for imperial is nowhere near as big as metric

How much is it for a set of blue screws to bling my 511? I can see the card coming out already!

Darren Boyle 12-05-2011 12:44 PM

Depends on what screws on the car you wish to change. People tend to only change the most visible ones but not every single screw.

They come in packas of 6 of the same size, just £2.19 per pack.....

That'll be the chassis screws then!!

I'll have a look tonight a work out what to get, but most likey enough to do the top decks, towers, and chassis, and maybe a few other places.

keep an eye on this page, they get discontinued, then in stock then out of stock etc pretty regular,

http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXLYA7&P=7

and they also knock them down (twice this year so far) from approx $45.00 to $8.23 a pack of 59 screws,

i dont know if they would be the size you are looking for but if yes keep an eye on them.......

i've purchased 5 packs so far for my 5 cars, just not got round to fitting them yet, lol

Be careful with those thought they are alloy screws which are extremly weak and known to snap very easy, the ones we are talking about are coloured steel versions....
