Comet RC??
 

Has anyone hear of or used these guys? I really want a H.A.R.D hauler bag and transmitter case but don't get any response from email and the mobile phone number is always turned off.

I don't want to get scammed and would like a recommendation if any one has used them or not. Opinions please.

Any one know either way please let me know. :thumbsup:

Bought 2 HARD hauler bags from the website at Christmas got them but they took about a week to ship

Bags are very good quality I went for the Cheng Ho 10th ones and am very happy with them.
Don't know about the tranny bag

Can you get a 1/10 buggy in the top drawer without taking the rear wing or wheels off etc. ?

I've e-mailed again and still had no responce. I just want a stock answer from them and if they can get the matching transmitter bag this is the 3rd e-mail.. Is a return e-mail much to ask? They say that the country is in recession but no one gets back to you. :thumbdown:

If nothing else the customer service isn't up to much. If I can't get hold of them now what will they be like if there is an issue with the product. Looks like I may have to dig deeper and look at the HUDY even though it is expensive.

Their forum is hopeless too. I had to look up E4 info on RCTech (the delights of one thread per car...oh joy...)

I think I'll spend my dosh else where. Sham cos I really like the look of the H.A.R.D stuff. Shame that Comet RC arn't interested in selling anything.:thumbdown::thumbdown: Rubbish.

The hard stuff is good gear I also have the Magellan 1/10 hauler bag.
They have the Hard Magellan TX bag in stock

I drove for them last season and always found them to be reliable.
I must have made at least 1 or 2 orders a month.
I think they are scaling things down a little at present but I know for sure they are not scammers.

They accept paypal as payment so you would be protected anyway.

I also emailed them several times about getting TM replacement tips for my drivers, but no response. They helped me get the drivers originally no problem there.

I have purchased a car from these guys today, will let you know if i have any luck :)

Please do. PIP do you ever go to their warehouse? I've looked over the internet and It seems like there are alot of people looking for this hauler.

Just to let you guys know, I received a text this afternoon from comet RC to let me know my item will be dispatched tommorow via DHL and will be delivered Thurs :)
