15th May - Main Field Madness!!!
 

Ok guys after the success of last weeks event we have decided to put on another event on the 15th may :thumbsup:
Also with the GNR postponing their WRCA round it means peopl can still get some competitive racing on a date already in their diary. :woot: I know ill be making the most of my pass so i dont get roped into DIY hehe....:lol:
This time the course will be grass but with our new wooden jumps to make things more interesting:drool:

Hey Dave, are 1/8th electric welcome? If so, i will try and make the trip up.

Steve ran his 8th round last week and wear wasnt too bad, we can prob accomodate a heat if enough turn up. Although we would need to sort some further fencing due to size n speed of your big toys ;).

Ive got no objections to the big toys coming out to play either, Steve's 8th electric didn't do much damage in the 20 min or so it was running around the track.

8th electric goes round well, we would have to think about track width and as Dave said, fencing.

Was a good weekend last weekend, be good to see a few more faces!

count me in to, last week was great. should be even better with the jumps added, looking forward to this :thumbsup:

I've got access to a 3 x 3m gazebo for this weekend if anyone wants to share............

No panic Dave as im heading up to Taly now instead. Will try to get across to Cobra asap. Will still be good to know if i can run my 1/8 leccy there for future reference anyways.

Jamie 8th electric is ok if we get min of 4 for a heat, and ideally give us the heads up so we can plan/make the track with extra safety netting required!:thumbsup:

Weather looks good, well its not raining at least :D

Grass was cut today and the ramps and podium are loaded in the van ready for tomorow :thumbsup:

Good days racing today, glad the weather was dry but some people found it cold :lol:

What an absolute hoot sunday was. Both the b final and the a final were close and exciting with lead changing hands many times.

Gutted theres no racing next week but see you soon and looking forward to the next race on the big field

Next race maybe the first race on the Astro, Carl!!

Glad everyone enjoyed 6mins for each of the 4 heats and 3 leg finals with some great racing to watch in all finals!
