I run 81/20 with a 7.5 and Tekin speedie. My speedie set up is attached.
I'd suggest your pretty close with 21/85 try my set up without the boost maybe.

@Cameo: tried your set up today and the car was really smooth, and not to warm either. but now i got another problem, my spur gear, i have destroyed 2 today. and the only thing i can see is that the motormount isnt 100% straight, can it be that causes destroyed spur gear?

I'm glad the setup worked.

Can you explain "destroyed" a little more please. Is it the all of the top just part of the spur or what?

Which motor mount do you have the cast iron (chrome) or new light weight one (black)?

Also check if the whole slipper assembly has forward to back play. I have put 2 or 3 shims in mine to prevent it moving around under acceleration or breaking

the motormount i have is the one that comes with it. not the black one. the hole top of the spur is gone(rinsed?) i was thinking maybe i have tightened the slipper too much, the manual says 3,5mm, but i have it on 2mm. and i cant feel any movement of the spur at all.

Ok I think we're getting somewhere. I think its stripping beacuse the mesh is just out (see below) or the motor mount screws are coming a little loose (use very small dob thread lock)

When you set your gear mesh you should get the pinion in the right spot and tighten the mount. Then slowly (a few teeth at a time) turn the spur over each time checking the mesh is still ok. You will probably find a tight spot and a loose spot. Be sure the mesh is set correctly to the tight spot and you should be ok.

If your slipper was too tight you'd have problems with the little gears in the gear boxes.

Well, i have now stripped 2 more spur gears, so my last attempt will be to order the black motormount, and see if that helps.

yepp! now it works! finally! changed the stock motormount to the option one and its perfect now.
Too bad the summer almost over now, but alot of indoor racing instead.
