New to 2wd.
 

Might sound an obvious question, but I have never run 2wd before. For running a Cougar Sv, mainly on astro, what tyres do people use and do you run inserts in the front tyres?

Would imagine most people would recommend the yellow minispikes for the dry and greens for the wet.

Not sure what colour Ballistic Buggy for the dry, but pretty sure it's BB greens for the wet as well.

There's also the Fastrax turf rippers - can tell you you how good they are on astro after tomorrow - have got them front and back on my losi 2wd.

I've got schumacher hard inserts to go on the front wheels (can't remember what's on the back) likewise I have mainly run my 2wd on astro.
